Every year Berlin Science Week transforms the city into a vibrant festival of scientific ideas and debates. 

With over 180 participating organisations and more than 600 involved scientists, artists, politicians, and other inspiring initiators, Berlin Science Week captivates a diverse audience of over 30,000 participants. From our dynamic festival hubs, CAMPUS at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin, and Science & Culture FORUM at Holzmarkt 25, to various venues across the city, and online events from around the world, we ignite a lively platform for public exchange around topics of science and research and their role for a better tomorrow for all. 

Join the conversation, meet curious minds from around the world, and engage with new ideas and perspectives. 

We welcome organisations to contribute their scientific excellence, explore socially relevant topics, and showcase captivating formats in our programme. Collaborate with us in shaping an enriching and diverse experience for participants.  

Submit your event from 1 June until 31 July 2024 and become part of this year’s Berlin Science Week. 

This year, our two central festival hubs are organised under the theme “Common Ground“. We invite participants to embrace new perspectives through events that challenge assumptions, biases, and (mis)perceptions shaping public opinion, reminding us of the urgent need to reconnect with the empirical backbone that science provides.
